The BC Landscapers' Alliance is dedicated to empowering landscaping and horticultural professionals to enhance their businesses and our industry. We provide resources and foster a community where members can share insights, network, and collaborate to elevate their service and businesses.
Our goals are to unite landscapers and horticultural workers, address challenges in our industry, provide mutual support, and establish pathways for sustainable careers within the landscaping sector.

As a member of the BC Landscapers' Alliance, you will receive invites to networking events and meetings, free workers’ rights educational opportunities, industry research including wage and benefits comparisons, advocacy and government lobbying efforts aimed at improving your standard of living, and assistance and guidance in enforcing your basic employment rights, including Employment Standards, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Rights, and Labour Code regulations.

The BCLA is made up of landscapers, horticulturalists, and industry professionals - we are primarily funded with support through Vancity Credit Union, the Union Cooperative Initiative (UCI), and LiUNA Local 1611.
Membership is open to all workers in the landscaping or horticultural industry.
